We are very pleased to welcome Jeannette Douglas from Canada to teach her Common Thread Sampler here at Fobbles.
 
The picture below shows the original sampler - ours has been changed slightly and contains some motifs specially designed for our area, including sheep and fells!

Both worskhops will be identical in content.
 
The workshops will begin at 10.30am on the first day and finish on the third day after lunch at approximately 1.30pm.
 
A full kit will be provided, this will include a 23 page pattern with colour detail, hand dyed 32 count fabric, silk threads, metallic thread, Lorikeet wool, silk perle, labelled floss palette, needles, charms & beads. The finished size of this fabulous sampler measures approx 8 x 9" and
contains a variety of stitches.
 
Please note that if you prefer to stitch on 28 count fabric that is fine, but please let us know in advance.
 
The total cost for this workshop is £225.00 which includes all your tuition, full kit, home-made lunch each day and refreshments.
